it seems like you could have a "down graded" stylesheet that could be referenced if JS was disabledYeah, that'd be the way to go I reckon. I'm already using js on nearly all my sites these days to get older versions of IE to recognise the missing parts of CSS2, so I don't see it as much of a stretch to be able to use something like this too (with a non-js-enabled fallback).
