Carolyn McCarthy was proposing a new gun-ban in 2007 and went on MSNBC to talk about it. Apparently she's trying to ban certain types of guns that she has no idea about. How do these people get elected? Reminds me a bit of the 'series of tubes' speech. ( Link )
